The regiment of the Voltigeurs de Quebec made the news recently when their headquarter (the Manège Militaire Voltigeurs de Québec) burned down.
The regiment is the oldest extant french-Canadian regiment, having been founded in 1862. It is currently an infantry regiment within the Reserve of the Canadian Armed Forces.
Its flag is dark green with a number of red diagonal stripes starting from the bottom hoist toward the upper fly. Near the top is the word "Voltigeurs" in white or pale grey written in a Fraktur-type font. Being hanging, it is impossible to tell if there is anything more on it although the second picture below seem to have an object (fleur-de-lys ?) near the fly and a silver border.
The flag can be seen here
